Hi, I'm Sanja - a psychologist with a longstanding interest in how we build habits, relate to food, and take care of ourselves in ways that last.
I hold degrees in clinical psychology and behavioural science from universities in the UK and the Netherlands (Sheffield, Leiden, Tilburg), and I’ve spent over 10 years working in psychology and education. I also trained in psychotherapy and have experience supporting clients in deeper, more personal work.
