This group is for women who’ve completed one of my programmes and want to keep their progress going. It’s a place to reflect and stay on track. No pressure. No rules. Just weekly space to reconnect with your goals and get the support you need.

Each week, you’ll be part of a supportive group of women facing similar challenges. You’ll reflect, share, and troubleshoot together in a space that’s honest and judgment-free. I’ll guide the sessions and help you move forward.
