FAQ
Psychology & Method
How is this different from working with a diet or nutrition plan?
The goal here isn’t to give you a set meal plan to follow. It’s to help you understand yourself better, so that healthy choices stop feeling like a struggle.
Why is psychology important for weight management and healthy eating?
Because knowing what to eat is rarely the real problem. It’s the doing part that’s difficult. Psychology gets to the root of why you might eat on autopilot, lose motivation, or fall back into old patterns.
Will I get a meal plan?
You won’t get a meal plan, but you will receive personalised eating guidelines from a nutritionist. Instead of telling you what exactly to eat, the focus is on building eating habits that fit your lifestyle, cooking skills, and daily routine.
Is this based on someone else’s method or programme?
No. The programmes have been developed by me, based on my background in psychology and years of experience. This isn’t a copy-paste method, but a personalised, science-informed approach adapted to real life.
Programmes & Commitment
What’s the difference between the 1:1, group, and GLP-1 programme?
All three programmes follow the same psychology-based structure, but the format and focus differ. The core programme is fully personalised. The group programme includes group sessions and peer support. The GLP-1 support programme is tailored to the specific needs of women using GLP-1 medication.
Can I combine programmes?
If you're doing 1:1 work, you can take part in the support group. This can give you an extra layer of community, encouragement, and space to reflect in between sessions.
What will be expected of me?
You’ll be expected to keep an honest, simple diary to track your eating habits. Regular self-reflection on your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours will be key. Each week, you’ll try small, manageable steps to help build lasting change.
What happens after the 12 weeks are over?
After the 12 weeks, you can join an ongoing support group. It’s a space to reflect and keep working on your goals with guidance and community. Alternatively, we can meet 1:1 on a less regular basis to review progress and keep you on track.

If You Are Unsure
Who are these programmes for, and who aren’t?
The programmes work well for women looking to create lasting habits around food and weight. It’s also suited for women with PCOS and women taking GLP-1 medication. If you have other medical conditions or mental health needs, we can discuss them during a free intro call to see if this is the right fit for you.
I’ve tried so many things - how do I know this will work for me?
That’s completely understandable - many women come to me feeling this way. But instead of asking “Will this work?”, a better question might be: “Have I ever had help with the real reasons I struggle?” This is a chance to finally understand yourself and work through what’s getting in the way.
What kind of results can I expect?
Results vary from person to person because we work on your unique habits, triggers, and goals. You may expect to feel more in control around food and make better choices. You may also expect real progress towards your weight goals, feeling more comfortable in your own body, and experiencing more confidence.
What if I don’t feel ready yet?
That’s completely fine, as many women start before feeling “ready”. Change happens when you take the first small step, even with some doubts. We’ll go at a pace that works for you, and you’ll have support every step of the way.
What if I’m worried I don’t have enough time or won’t be able to follow through?
Change doesn’t require perfection or huge time commitments. The programme is designed to fit into your life and pace, focusing on small, manageable steps. You’ll get support and flexibility to make it work for you.
