You may skip meals, which can undermine your health over time. And since these medications don't change habits or mindset, weight often returns after stopping. That’s why support is essential.

This programme gives you the same psychology-based structure as my Core Programme, but adapted for being on GLP-1 medication. We’ll focus on structuring meals even when you’re not hungry, managing appetite and identity changes, reducing over-reliance on medication, and creating habits that last.
